At BMSCopper LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from bmscopper.us, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation (if applicable).
Include proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Customized or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped. Contact us to request an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process described above.
